A preview of this show will be presented at BIAC 2025.
On a simple stage, two acrobats find themselves overwhelmed by dozens of white balls. Each one is different from the next, they are not quite round, and there are lots and lots and lots of them.
Surrounded by the audience, the artists try to catch them. This is an impossible mission. The balls roll and bounce in all directions. They stick to the ceiling or bubble up in the mouth.
On the ground or in the air, the two accomplices try to tame these elusive objects. They then arrange a musical circus composition where the balls soar around them, gliding between their fingers with finesse.
This dynamic show creates auditory and visual universes for children and is as entertaining as it is stimulating.

Graduates of the Maastricht Academy of Dramatic Arts, Hanne Vandersteene and Mahlu Mertens form the artistic heart of Grensgeval. Their work is both original and identifiable, blending circus with other disciplines and injecting a dose of anarchy, poetry, and punk attitude.
Willem Balduyck and Sophie van der Vuurst de Vries from the Flemish company Circus Katoen create performances that exude a shared love of nature while featuring simple objects and visual humor.
