Artistic and cultural projects

In connection with its program of events, Archaos organizes artistic and cultural activities throughout the year for all audiences.

Acrobatic competition: 5 schools on stage!

For one week, five schools in Marseille come together to explore the circus arts. Classes are supervised by artists who help the students create a collective work combining acrobatic lifts, imagination, and team spirit. This project is part of a comprehensive program for school children that includes attending a show, meetings, hands-on activities, and a behind-the-scenes look at the creative process.

Teaching circus arts in Aubagne

Since 2023, the Joliot-Curie high school has been offering its students a circus arts curriculum with a special circus arts option in 10th grade, followed by specialized circus arts instruction in 11th and 12th grades. Developed in partnership with Archaos, this specialization provides a sensory and poetic approach to the world, allowing students to discover learning through art.

Hand in hand: intergenerational at La Cabucelle

Circus artist Pamela Pantoja is offering a dozen workshops to a group of second-grade students from the Cabucelle school and senior citizens from Marseille’s 15th arrondissement. The program for this event features a unique dialogue where movement expresses a sense of lightness and complicity.

Circus class

For six years, Archaos has been developing an ambitious project with Henri Barnier middle school that combines education, artistic practice, and social engagement. The circus class is a three-year program that aims to promote inclusion and cross-disciplinary learning, combat school dropout rates, and promote excellence through art.
