Be careful, you might keel over in laughter! In this perfectly distilled production, an acrobat performs acro dance, an artistic discipline that combines dance and circus, while a beatboxer provides musical accompaniment. Both explore the relationship between air and the body, and the noises generated by their movements.

With the action taking place in close proximity to the audience, the performers delight themselves by creating eruptions of sounds of all kinds. In the end, they surprise themselves as much as they surprise the audience.

Split between apprehension and laughter, Baoum ! questions the limits we set for ourselves in society. This production explores fear and the transgression of the forbidden. It’s an explosive performance!

Biography

Since 2016, SCoM – Coline Garcia has been creating contemporary circus shows designed specifically for young audiences. The company’s pieces are rooted in children’s everyday lives, stripped of naïveté, and stimulate the imagination. Committed to performing in rural areas, the company is developing portable structures that can be adapted to venues that do not have the necessary equipment.
