Compagnie ZeC - Zenzero e Cannella
Hand-to-hand balancing, juggling, balancing
Colombo, Susana, and Pollo are in perfect harmony. With contagious energy and humor, the artists reinterpret the carnival arts by switching between their different disciplines. The musician is sometimes a circus performer, while the acrobat tries to make the note Fa with the tip of their toe.
“Everything is fine,” they tell us. And it shows! These three exalted characters deliver an irresistible, highly technical circus performance featuring acrobatics, juggling, balancing, clowning, and live music.
The accomplices get in each other’s way as they sing, climb about, and help each other. Then suddenly the 8th ball appears. It’s as much a disruptive element as it is a rallying force and a practical jokester. And, in the end, it is a reflection of this talented and extravagant trio that so deftly illustrates the fragility of the ties that bind us together.

Biography
Magdalena Vicente and Nicolò Bussi founded their company ZeC-Zenzero e Cannella, in 2019 so they could produce shows that mix different art forms. Their diverse projects combine juggling, hand-to-hand balancing, and live music. By accentuating the complementary nature of these disciplines, they invent an unusual circus built on tradition and a creative renewal.
